The Jowa Group is a general real estate group that owns and operates office buildings, hotels, and golf courses as its core businesses. In 2004, the Group reorganized by forming Jowa Holdings Company, Limited, and adopting a holding company structure. We pursue a management approach of proactively offering value sought by customers.

The Jowa Group owns office buildings, hotels, and other properties as long-term holdings and engages in value-added property management to increase customer satisfaction. Our top priority is a “customer first” philosophy. We rigorously analyze what we can and should do to perennially satisfy our customers and translate the results of such analysis into concrete action. In other words, we place priority on prospering together with our customers. We are confident that such a management approach is the right path for us to pursue.

In 2011, our shares begin trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's First Section after previously being listed on the TSE's Second Section since 2009. We sought a stock market listing as a foundation for realizing co-prosperity with customers and, in turn, society at large. We also did so to position the Jowa Group as a highly transparent “public institution” with specialized expertise and risk management capabilities.
