The Group's office buildings are highly reliable, highly functional, comfortable, safe, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly, equipped with not only a state-of-the-art IT environment but also air-conditioning, anti-seismic and fire protection technologies, and security systems.

The Real Estate Business has achieved a high degree of tenant satisfaction, as evidenced by the fact that over 80% of its tenants are Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed groups and financial institutions.

The Jowa Group endeavors to provide comprehensive building management services, including energy conservation and reduction of operating costs, in the aim of providing comfort and value that do not diminish over time.

The Jowa Group looks at urban redevelopment and customers' needs from a long-term perspective spanning decades or a half-century. The Group will create new value by planning and proposing office building redevelopment and renovation projects.
