About the Jowa Group
The Jowa Group is a general real estate group that has built a portfolio of properties that generate stable income streams, chiefly rental office buildings, business hotels, and a golf course. The Jowa Group owns highly productive operating assets in carefully selected prime locations in Greater Tokyo and other major cities, nearly all of which are government-designated cities. By specializing in such “stock” businesses that operate self-owned properties at high occupancy rates while eschewing “flow” businesses such as condominium development, the Jowa Group has established a stable management foundation largely impervious to the vicissitudes of the business cycle.

Real Estate Business
Real Estate Business is the Jowa Group's primary business. The Group owns and leases office buildings in prime locations mostly in central Tokyo, most notably including the Jowa Yaesu Building located at Tokyo Station's Yaesu Exit.
Hotel Business
The Jowa Group owns and proactively operates a total of eight business hotels including the Hotel Querega Tenjin in the Tenjin district of Fukuoka and the upscale Hotel Unizo chain comprising seven properties. Four of the Hotel Unizo properties are in Tokyo (Shimbashi, Shibuya, Kanda, and Asakusa); the others are in Kyoto, Osaka (Yodoyabashi), and Hiroshima.
Golf Course Business
The Jowa Group owns and operates Yachiyo Golf Club in Yachiyo, Chiba Prefecture. One of the most popular public golf courses in Greater Tokyo, the Yachiyo Golf Club has a tradition dating back 50 years and is used by some 60,000 golfers annually.
