The Jowa Group owns and operates Hotel Unizo, a seven-property chain of upscale business hotels in prime locations in central Tokyo and other major cities, and Hotel Querega Tenjin in Fukuoka.

All of the Jowa Group's hotels are in extremely convenient locations. The Group seeks out good locations from prospective guests' standpoint with respect to not only proximity to railway stations but also access to key local destinations.
By developing and operating conveniently located hotels with a spirit of hospitality, the Jowa Group's Hotel Business provides lodging to over 500,000 guests annually, including many repeat guests. In pursuit of further dynamic growth, the Jowa Group proactively seeks to develop new hotels, mainly in the vicinity of terminal railway stations in central Tokyo and in other major cities. The Group aims to expand its hotel holdings to 10 properties comprising 2,000 rooms to provide even more guests with the opportunity to experience its hotels' discriminating quality.
