Group Management Structure

The Jowa Group is a corporate group comprising several operating companies controlled by Jowa Holdings Company, Limited, a holding company.

The holding company that controls the entire group is responsible for business strategy, management oversight and risk management, while operating companies are responsible for their respective businesses' earnings performance. Through such a clear delineation of roles and responsibilities, the Group aims to maximize profits and minimize risk.
Additionally, the holding company aims to expedite Group management decision-making by adopting a divisional organization and promoting communication between itself and its subsidiaries.
